"Kannon-do". From the series "Tokyo Kaiko Zue" - (Recollections of Tokyo) with all together 15 designs from various sosaku hanga artists. This print is the only design contributed by Kiyoshi SAITO. Rather rare early style of Kiyoshi prints.
