"Ryogoku Suijin Matsuri Yuryou no Zu". People are watching the spectacular display of Suijin Matsuri (Festival of Water God) at Ryogoku. The spectators ride on the pleasure boats in different sizes trying to catch the evening cool, also. Some of the imaginery water creatures look like enjoying the festivity in the Sumida River.
