Description:
"Fuyu no Arashi" (Winter Storm). The wind and the snow pound the old hut which is still standing, nonetheless. Joshua Rome studied woodblock print under Clifton Karhu. Unlike his teacher, he usually uses muted colors without strong black outlines. His prints convey the mood of the peaceful rural scenes of Japan of the past.
