Shotei Hiroaki - Shower at Terashima.jpg is: This is a VERY RARE Shotei / Hiroaki (1871-1945) Japanese PRE EARTHQUAKE woodcut print. It was published by Watanabe and in it's original frame. It is approx. 12 1/2 x 6 inches with beautiful color. This print is entitled "Shower at Terashima" and listed in Marc Kahn's Shotei website under the Pre vs Post Earthquake prints section. It is very rare to find ANY of Shotei's PreEarthquake prints. This print was purchased in Japan in the early 1920's.
