Friday, 16 January 2009 Bidding is on a genuine Japanese woodblock by Hiroaki Shotei(Takahasi) titled Windy Day At Kamatsugawa, Tokyo. Size is 15" by 6 1/2". Condition is excellent, no folds, creases or stains, nice woodgrain in summer sky and full margins. There is very minor thinning on top edge, very minor glue residue which doesn't show, one tiny patch of ink in margin, a nice piece. Images three and four are scans, and image four has brightness which is not present in the print.
